يدير عصمت كاظم عملية تهريب بين مصر ولبنان، مستخدما ملهى في القاهرة كواجهة. قتل إبراهيم، عميل عصابة التهريب في بيروت، بسبب خلاف مع عصمت. تنقل الشرطة نبأ القتل إلى لمياء شقيقة إبراهيم، وهي مغنية سابقة في ملهى عصمت وشعلة قديمة من عصمت. عندما علمت بوفاة شقيقها، قررت الانتقام لمقتل شقيقها من خلال التعاون مع الشرطة وإسقاط عصابة تهريب عصمت.
