في إطار كوميدي تدور أحداث الفيلم، حول (كتكوت) الصعيدي الذي تحاول عمته كبيرة العائلة الصعيدية إجباره على تقديم نفسه للقتل ليفدي عائلته، ولكنه يهرب وتخطفه جهة أمنية لاكتشاف شبه كبير بينه وبين (يوسف خوري) الإرهابي الدولي كي يحل محله في عملية خطيرة، وبأسرع وقت يجهزه فريق العمل ليصبح نسخة من (يوسف خوري) في الشكل والتصرفات ويحل محله في العملية الارهابية ليحاول إيقافها، وتتوالى أحداث الفيلم.
