1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lion OTT Reseller Credits IPTV service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
The Lion OTT Reseller Credits platform provides:
- IPTV credit distribution system for authorized resellers
- Management dashboard for credit allocation and tracking
- Commission tracking and reporting tools
- Technical support for reseller operations
Note: Lion OTT does not provide direct end-user services. All end-user relationships are the sole responsibility of the reseller.
3. Reseller Account Requirements
To become an authorized Lion OTT Reseller, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid payment method on file
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
4. Credit Purchases and Payments
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money
- Minimum purchase amounts may apply
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Resellers are responsible for all applicable taxes
- Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination
5. Reseller Responsibilities
As a Lion OTT Reseller, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information to your end customers
- Handle all customer support inquiries for your clients
- Comply with all copyright and intellectual property laws
- Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Not redistribute credits to other resellers without authorization
- Not use the service for any illegal activities
6. Prohibited Activities
Resellers must not:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the service
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Use automated systems to purchase credits
- Sell credits below minimum advertised price
- Make false claims about the service
- Resell to prohibited jurisdictions
7. Service Availability
The Lion OTT Reseller Credits service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific uptime percentages
- Compatibility with all devices or networks
Scheduled maintenance may occur without prior notice.
8. Termination Policy
Lion OTT reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
- Freeze credit balances during investigations
- Modify or discontinue service at any time
Resellers may terminate their account with 30 days written notice. Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lion OTT shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Service interruptions beyond our control
- Actions of resellers or end users
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Resellers will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
